Terms of Use

I. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Odd Minds Foundation, UIC 208453360, 12 Varovita Street, Lozen village, Sofia, and any individual who uses the online shop at https://lafetki.com/. By using the website, the User declares that they accept these Terms and Conditions.

II. Scope of Activity

The online shop offers paper napkins with conversation questions printed on them (“Lafetki”). The net proceeds fund the Foundation’s projects. The purchase of a product does not constitute a donation, unless expressly stated otherwise.

III. Territorial Scope

Orders are accepted for delivery within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria only.

IV. Orders

Orders may be placed without registration. The user is obliged to provide accurate details. The Foundation may refuse an order in the event of incomplete details, suspected misuse or technical impossibility.

V. Prices and payment methods

All prices are final and quoted in euros (EUR). The Foundation is not registered for VAT and does not charge VAT. Payment is by debit/credit card via V-POS. We accept Visa and Mastercard debit, credit and business cards. Transactions are processed via the MasterCard Identity Check and VISA Secure security programmes. We do not store any bank card details. In the event of a refund, the amount will be credited back to the card used for payment.

VI. Delivery

Delivery is carried out by Speedy courier — to a courier office or to the User’s address, via a BoxNow parcel locker, or by collection in person from a location specified on the website. Delivery times are approximate. Delivery costs are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise expressly stated. The delivery address cannot be ‘Collect on delivery’ or a PO box.

VII. Pre-orders

A product marked as ‘Pre-order’ is currently out of stock. The expected dispatch date is indicated next to it.
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering.
If the order also contains items that are in stock, we will dispatch the entire order together once the pre-order item arrives, unless otherwise agreed.
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched by emailing orders@lafetki.com with your order number. We will refund the full amount to the card you used to pay within 14 days.
If there is a delay, we will notify you by email of the new delivery date. You may then choose to wait or cancel the order for a full refund.
Once you have received the product, the right of withdrawal (see the ‘Right of Withdrawal’ section) and the right to make a complaint apply, as with any other order.

VIII. Right of withdrawal (returns)

A 14-day period from receipt of the product in accordance with Article 50 of the Consumer Protection Act. Please notify us at orders@lafetki.com, stating your order number and full name. If you paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the card used for payment. The product must be returned in its original packaging with no signs of use. The cost of the return is borne by the Consumer. The Foundation will refund the amount in EUR within 14 days.

IX. Complaints

Within 2 years of receipt. Please email orders@lafetki.com, stating the order number and a description of the issue. A response will be provided within 30 days.

X. Limitation of Liability

We accept no liability for interruptions to access or the subjective interpretation of the content.

XI. Intellectual Property

All texts, designs and graphics are the property of the Foundation.

XII. Data Protection

In accordance with the GDPR and applicable Bulgarian legislation. See our Privacy Policy.

XIII. Governing Law

The laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
